We are from Texas. We were in New York City for a writer's convention. We stopped at the Pandora store. We found a New York charm with the date 2018. The perfect charm for my charm bracelet! Very happy to find this charm! When we walked into the store we were introduced to our salesperson. I asked if there was a charm that represented New York He showed me four which he said could only be purchased in New York. Perfect! Perfect! Perfect! Exactly what I wanted! Added to this was the salesperson's friendly attitude!

I bought the product in New York and itbrke two days after the purchase. I was so sad but when i have reached Orlando the friendliness of your team in replacing tge item was beyond my expectation.
