The sales associates were very knowledgeable and courteous. The manager was very attentive and understanding when asked questions. It is my first time in NYC and the first time buying pandora jewelry. I was very happy with my experience that I will return very soon!

During a recent visit to NYC I purchased my first pandora bracelet and charm. Our sales person, Robin, in the Times Square store, was soo great!! She was helpful, friendly and not pushy at all. Wonderful experience!!

The employee knew the product, answered my questions, helped other employees with question and it was a very quick and easy transaction.

I was immediately greeted and escorted to a sales assistance; Javon T.. Mister Javon had a great knowledge about the collection and what was at hand. Friendly man, definately a winner for the store!
