I have been looking for this particular bracelet at every Pandora store I have been to in the last year - I finally found it. And, I'm so happy. Love the customer service in this store.

All of the employee were very friendly and welcoming. The employee offered to clean my bracelet when I wasn’t aware of their free services. Which I thought that was very helpful.

Sales Associate Mr. Justin Y. was professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Mr. Justin Y. was familiar with the item I was looking for. It was evident that Mr. Justin Y. is happy in his profession and willing to ensure the customers have a wonderful and pleasant experience shopping at Pandora’s. I will definitely look for Mr. Justin Y. the next time I shop at Pandora’s.

Customer service was fantastic I’m here in New York on holidays. Everyone was friendly and helpful,with everyone who entered the shop. Shop was cleaned and bright but I found this with all your Pandora shops I have been in, even been happy with the couple of items I have brought online Thank you.

I visited your Times Sq store on Sun 8th July with my wife and daughter. We were served by Elizabeth whose customer service skills were excellent. She was very helpful in helping my wife and daughter find what they wanted, and also helped them both chose their free gift as they both spent over $100. She was very polite and chatty and we have returned to England with an excellent impression of your store in Manhattan. P.S. we went to this store 2 years ago when we last visited and the service was excellent then as well.
