Carolimar was wonderful and made our experience at the store exceptional. She was patient with my wife during her indecision and helped with thoughtful recommendations smartly added. After we left, my wife realized that she wanted to wear a ring purchased on a different finger and Carolimar looked in her inventory and the inventory at other local stores to see there was an opportunity to help my wife get exactly what she wants. I was in a bit of a rush when I entered the store, to begin with, but the staff was so accommodating and resilient with getting me out of there in ample time. There were a few set backs with the engraving, however the product came out beautifully.
