I got lots of choice of charms & the associate who helped was very knowledgable & friendly. As well as removing the charms from my bracelet and arranging them so they looked the best before replacing them. I will certainly be returning at Thanksgiving when we are back in New York

From the beginning ... I got in spotless clean Pandora shop shop at Times Square...Person at the entrance was kind to present me a catalog of Pandora's products... Even though I spent quiet enough time to find products that I am interested in and to make my personal calculation, nobody interrupted me and later they help me at the vitrine to collect my mind. Sale person, Trea, her number is 157685...was incredible helpful to me selecting items and organizing my presents... She was patient with me and even though I asked her few times to exchange some items she was doing that with enthusiasm...Even one of her colleague tried to help her at the same time.. I have wonderful experience shopping in Pandora shop that I spent little bit more money then I wanted just because of friendly Pandora sale crew !

La persona que me atendió fue muy amable, muy cálida, y siempre me asesoró con toda la paciencia, y me mostró opciones a cada momento, mostrando que sabía y conocía mucho de los productos que venden. Todos en la tienda me recibieron con una sonrisa de bienvenida.

I was very pleased with my experience in the New York store. I walked in and was greeted and assisted in a timely fashion. My order was completed and I was out of the store and back on the street enjoying the sites again. Thank You.

I had about 10 minutes only to buy a charm (before going to the airport) and was very well advised and found what I wanted exactly. I'm French and live near Paris, it's not easy to express myself in English.

He sales associate was great. I went in to buy a gift for someone and she made great recommendations on charms I should look at to fit the theme I was going for which I ended up buying. I liked her charm recommendation I ended up buying one for myself!
