As always, the selection does not disappoint. The staff is always very friends. In addition, the staff is always very prompt the assist.

Very friendly service and attentive. Helpful and she could see that my bracelet was nearly full and sold me a safety chain. However I do live in England and this store was in New York so won't be back for a few years.

The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time to find exactly what I was looking for and rearranged my charms until I was happy. The sales lady made great suggestions and did not make me feel rushed, although I changed my mind several times. The store was sold out of most of the pieces I was interested in however, she managed time find charms I liked.

friendly helpful staff found what I wanted even though it wasn't on display (new york 3 charm dangle pendant /charm) as a visitor to new York this is by far the best charm so should really be on display I only found it as I was searching Facebook for the best store to visit)
