Sales Associate was very patient and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the products. She was new and made an excuse for that, I told her it was unnecessary, we all have to start somewhere, for me she was very patient.

This was my first time to the PANDORA store in Manhattan, it was beautiful and well designed. There was plenty of staff available to assist and the CSL greeted my husband and I as soon as we entered the store. The only negative thing I will say were the stantions that were lined up against the wall, they petruded quite far causing my husband and i to trip or bump into them as we tried to walk around the store. The saleswoman was very sweet and asked many non businesses questions which was great.

My husband and I were on vacation in New York City. It was my 30th birthday and I had received money to treat myself to something special. By chance we ventured past Pandora on 42nd street near Times Square and I instantly fell in love with the display of the New York charms on the silver bracelet. As we went into the store the staff did not pounce on us as they often do in some retail stores; we were able to browse at leisure and only when I stood at the counter showing interest did a kindly member of the team ask if I required any assistance. She allowed me to try on the bracelet without any pressure, and was very friendly as I decided on what charms I preferred. Overall the experience was excellent and I would indeed recommend this Pandora store to people in the New York area.
