I was visiting NY and a friend of mine wanted to go into Pandora to shop. Being a good friend, I tagged along - never had been in a Pandora store before. Needless to say, I left with 2 items of my own and plan on shopping with Pandora in the future.

I was able to exchange what I wanted, & the sales associate was very friendly & helpful. The associate at checkout what also very helpful
