Any time I go into a Pandora store, the staff automatically greets you. Whatever you need, they are ready to help. I've never had a bad experience with any stores I've been into. The staff has always been extremely helpful with any questions and made really sound suggestions when it came to me wanting to purchase something particular for someone.

Sales assistance was outstanding . Great knowledge and understanding of our shopping needs . Only reason I wouldn’t go back to this store is that it was in NY and we were visiting area. Wish I could be served by assistant all the time a credit to the store and herself.

Stephanie the sales assistant was extremely friendly and helpful and can't praise her highly enough for her assistance and knowledge. The negative was the store only had one cleaning set available where my daughter and I wanted one each and my daughter also wanted a particular necklace to match a pair of earrings she purchased (the new rainbow stones one) but unfortunately Times Square did not have it.... They also rang another store but they didn't have it either. My daughter however purchased the necklace at JFK Airport on our way home.
