Mr. Steven T. made me feel like I was a valued customer and for that reason, and his great customer service proformance, I would return and buy more, building my Pandora bracelets. As a matter of fact, my friend Brenda have me making a couple of purchase for her, cause there is no Padora n Savannah, but they have Jared. I'm in Paris, until Mar. 28th. I could buy more charms here, but I promised to purchase from 42nd St. Store, cause I'm a business person myself, I believe in great customer service. Great service, makes me want to return. Thanks. Please commend Mr. Steve, as he seems more interested in helping the customer, than just making another sale. Perhaps he can pass that knowledge to other sales persons. If I don't get good service, I will shop elsewhere. Its just common courtesy.
