Was very pleased with my purchase but dissatisfied with the selection a lot of the items I wanted were out of stock

We were in New York for a holiday and wanted the exclusive New York charms, the staff were all very helpful the lady that served us was very friendly and helpful would return here when in New York again

I was in NYC for the weekend and wanted a NYC charm. They were displayed on a bracelet, which made it easy to look and and choose the one I wanted.

My first sales assistant was very lazy, nasty, was not knowledgeable and did not show any kind of interest. I was tempted to walk out. The second sales assistant Sarah B (I hope that is the correct person) she speaks French, was sooooo nice and pleasant and made my experience so much better
