This visit was made by my parents while they were vacationing in New York city. They were very pleased with the experience and found the salesgirl very helpful and knowledgeable. I love the two apple charms they purchased.

The store was small but provided plenty of options. There was enough room to move around and plenty of options to look at. The staff was very helpful and asked several times if we needed assistance. The manager (?) even came out and asked if we were being helped. Overall, I had a great experience and will likely be returning to that store next time I purchase something from Pandora.

The quality of the merchandise in pandora is second to none. The friendliness of the staff was awsome. The server who served me on my visit to the store in New York knew everything there is to know about the merchandise in the store and also about our stores here in Liverpool Emgland
