The store is was located in New York Times Square so it was just super crowded. The showcase was roped off and it was difficult to get around and the wait was hard. The experience was good once we got to the sales lady. The only thing easier would’ve been to not have to move to another counter to have to pay. Thank you

We were looking for a charm that was unique to New York City where we were visiting for the first time. Out sales rep showed us exactly what we were looking for. We bought it on Christmas eve and stood in lint for 30 minutes to get to a sales rep which was somewhat of a pain, but understandable.

very quick and efficient making sure customers were served in order. Only took minutes despite having to queues all good although I thought my charm was mor expensive than other countries
