Even though the store was crowded there was organization throughout. There was a staff member at the door to let you know what to do. Checkout was quick and easy.

I love Pandora especially the Time Square location sales are friendly and very accommodating not unlike the Herald Square store they don't care about the customers. They are rude and lazy ... I love time square sales people! I am highly satisfied with their service. That is my favorite store location.
