The sales lady noticed my Purple Heart was peeling and I had just gotten in in December. So she replaced it. Got 3 new New York charms.

I had just left the Pandora in Herald Square. It was an unpleasant experience. I was ignored for about 5 minutes while a group of employees (at least 5) huddled over the register and continued to talk amongst themselves. Only one person from that store greeted me and I was prepared to purchase a bracelet and then I realized that there was another Pandora in Times Square. I did not want to do business with a store that could be so unprofessional and inconsiderate. My experience at the Times Square location was the polar opposite. Kelicia and Christina, along with the other staff, were very helpful, funny, and overall nice to be around. They were “down to earth” and will definitely be visiting soon. Kelicia is awesome! The Herald Sq Pandora can learn a few things about decency and customer service from this location. Bravo to Pandora Times Square! ❤️

Christina was very friendly and knowledgeable, explained the warranty and how to take care of it to prevent damage.

The store was so organized, clean and have very good customer service associates. The associates take their time to explain or answer every question to the customers' satisfaction.

Their the absolute best. So friendly. Just so in love.

The sales associate was very nice. This is extremely rare for me to experience in store. I spent more money than I had planned because of her genuine personality. I am just sorry I forgot her name.
