I came to the store looking for specific things for my Mom's birthday. While there, the sales associate helped me with a few extra charms and spacers to make the bracelet look beautiful. She also suggested a bangle which I would never have thought of.

Upon arriving to the store i was greeted and welcomed. The sales associate that helped me was very friendly and courteous. I was well pleased with the items I purchased and the sales associate offering suggestions to me that she thought i would like.

I hadlittle idea about the product and was advised in a very professional but friendly manner. I went into the store because I liked the limited edition rockettes charm, which I purchased, as well as my bracelet and and additional charm. I am really happy with my purchase.. Thank you

Greeter was nice gave me a booklet, was complimented on my email address, but had to wait on line and the person had to actually walk outside to go see what I was talking about in the display window.

Our salesman was very knowledgable and recommended alternatives to our original choices which we preferred. He was an excellent salesman in that he gave a 'soft' sell which as Brits we prefer! We still ended up buying far more than we came in for!
