Satisfied as sales assistant was really nice, explained we weren’t from New York but the Uk, said if anything needed to be exchanged we could take it to any Pandora shop world wide. We wanted to purchase New York charms explained which were exclusive to NY and which ones you could get at any Pandora shops.
