Holiday shopping during a special deal - the store was organized with a specific area to wait and then the next shopper waiting was assisted. Very orderly and quick, efficient service.

I was a visitor in New York wanting to buy a memory charm. This Pandora was convenient to my location, staff were very helpful and the outcome was 4 charms - instead of 1!!

Visited the US store to purchase gifts exclusive to New York to take back to UK and Also Xmas charms. The staff were very helpful and patient. After purchase complete I decided to look for a ring I wanted in the UK which I could not see. A member of staff offered to help and located the ring and size promptly. Very happy 😃 customer. Have gifts and something for myself.

I was on a city break in New York and wanted to purchase a charm unique to the city. I was able to do this however, I was a little disappointed that there were only three charms available unique to New York. Because I was a visitor this is the only reason that I am unlikely to visit again in the near future.
