As a visitor from the UK I found the staff extremely helpful and very friendly. The store was clean and well organised. I truly loved the free gift I received for spending over $150 I expected something novel but well impressed with a set of earrings brilliant!!

We visited pandora got the charm we wanted with ease. The staff were friendly and helpful and the highlights of the visit was the rockettes were in store and we got our picture taken with them. 😁

I made two purchases for my wife's birthday. After the transaction was finished, I continued to browse through merchandise in the store. I saw a better quality, more expensive piece of merchandise that I wanted to purchase in place of one of my previous items. Natalie B. & Melissa provided excellent assistance with this transaction. They exhibited a positive attitude despite my mistake.

Sales Associate Natalie B. was very knowledgeable about the products. She was also very patient with me while I made decisions on my purchase. Also, there was a large variety of items to choose from. Moreover, there was a "No Hassle/No Pressure" atmosphere maintained by the staff; this made it a pleasure to shop here.

I was greeted at the door as soon as i walked in. A sales associate was appointed to me immediately. Sales associate was very knowledgeable about the items. Overall fantastic costumer service.
