I was looking for a special New York charm during my visit. Looked at several holiday and New York choices and selected the apple charm. Very satisfied with purchase. Sales associate placed charm on my bracelet to wear out of the store. Perfect transaction

Devlin was fantastic! she helped me, my sister and my mother while on a trip of a lifetime choose some beautiful jewellery. we ended up choosing a few pieces this store did not have in stock and rather than send us to another store, Devlin went herself and picked up our jewellery in the required sizes. this was fantastic service that does not compare to what I'm used to in England London. brilliant members of staff well done

I am travelling from Australia and had the opportunity to visit this store. I was greeted with a smile and a very friendly staff member who promptly directed me to what I was after straight away :)

I have always wanted a Pandora bracelet, so when I located this Pandora store I was determined to buy my first bracelet. The sales associate was very helpful, patient and polite. I left there very satisfied.
