Everyone was so helpful but not pushy. Items I requested to see were handled with care and all pro's and cons(weren't any) were pointed out. Sales rep was professional yet personable.

I wanted a specific charm that was only available in USA and associate was unaware of charm and couldn't find it in current catalogue. Associate referred to colleague who was aware of charm and was able to locate. Both associates were both helpful and pleasant throughout. We actually returned to shop the next day to buy Christmas presents!

Soon as i walked in lady helped me with wat i needed and showed me where to go tocwait on the next sales person i forgot her name she was nice then the sales lady t’rea was excellent explained everything to me and was patient because it was my first time i will def be back.
