I was greeted very politely on first arrival then only waited a very short period until someone was free. When being served the staff was super helpful and we couldn’t have asked for anything else (other than a discount haha!)

I visited the Pandora in Time Square, NY. I was on a Girl's Trip for our 50th. We all were looking for a "50th" charm as we all turned 50 this year. We were surprised there we no charms for a 50th milestone birthday. ;-( #50thcharm

The floor manager Marney was extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent service in a busy NYC location. Took the time to listen to what we were looking for, and provided options and feedback.

First it was easy to locate the store, which for visitors is very important. Then the assistants were very polite and eager to help, professionally advising on the best choice according to my expressed wishes. On both occasions they suggested further buys, which unfotunately I had to decline, but are now first on my wish-list.
