I was welcomed as I entered the store and introduced to a sales person. WHen I told her what I was looking for you she showed me numerous charms for the occasion without my asking and was helpful and friendly to I walked out the door with my new charms.

The sales associates were all friendly and helpful. They immediately located the items I came in for. They were helpful and friendly among themselves as well. Kristen V. did a great job putting together the items I wanted and was also very friendly!

Assistant was very helful, when my choice was not available she gave other options showing them in person rather than in a catalogue which made the selection process easier.
