I was on holiday in new york found the staff very nice and helpful showed me exactly what I was looking for

We walked in and they were out of the charm I was looking for immediately they told us that it would be available the next day and that they would put 2 aside for us. The next day walked in and she had them all ready for us.

I was able to locate what I wanted with the assistance of the sales associate. She helped me find three great merchandise for a birthday gift. The experience of shopping here was just simply amazing.

From the moment we walked in we were made feel very welcome. I knew what I wanted and the sales assistant was great looked everything out I asked for.

It was a very pleasant experience. The sales associate was very warm and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back here again.

It's was wonderful , my first time in New York and my wonderful boyfriend used the timeless elegance ring to propose. I couldn't have basked for a better trip.

The overall experience was pretty good! I enjoyed it even though I was expecting the store not to be that crowded. That made my experience less glamorous. Besides that everything was perfectly fine.

The sales agent was ok friendly but not too welcoming. And they took a while to figure out how to do the task for me. Generally i am happy with the service i recived
