There was a large wait time in the store. The staff were very kind and tried their best to be as fast as possible. I think there should be more staff in this store.

Estuve satisfecha pero tal vez sentí algo de presión en hacer la compra más rápido debido a que no me decidía por un producto extra y ver el catálogo impreso requería de más tiempo.

I was dissatisfied because the item I went in the store to purchase was unavailable. The representative did not even offer to order it for me.

The service was slow and there were not that many people in store. They were out of little boxes so had to put my friend and I’s charm in same box!! We were traveling so it was not convenient. Staff was luke warm not overly friendly.

I enjoy my Pandora very much; however, I was very disturbed to get back to my hotel and discover I had been charged money ($ .55) for a bag. The purchase was placed in a bag and handed to me without explaining there would be a charge. I was on vacation and had no informtion New York required a "bag charge." It was unnecessary for me to get the bag as a backpack was readily available. The amoint of the charge was not the issue. It was that I was not informed and thereby had the opportunity to choose.

Item stated online it was available at the specific store before purchasing. After placing order it was cancelled due yo not available at the atore. When I arrived at the store it was available. When i asked sales associate about a free gift promotion that day (cleaning kit) she went back and forth with me that it was with a purchase of $150 not like the email said of any purchase

I went to New York to find the charm I'm looking for. I loved it. The store has Very friendly service

Liked the assistance. Very courteous. Clean setting.

No associate came to ask what I needed but offered assistance when I called it. The associate who came to help was very nice and helpful. I asked for a spare bag which she happily gave. However, the black lady in the cashier commented in front of me with her brows raised saying "an extra bag? we're gonna run out of bags". I just think it's a rude way to address a customer like that especially that I offered to pay for the bag.
