Although the staff was professional, knowledgeable & friendly, but her peer was a bit "unprofessional (ghetto)" talking about the "dysfunctions" of other colleagues/company in front of me/others.

I know it’s the holidays and stores are crowded but the line in the store was a bit baffling and confusing and made everyone literally be on top of one another. Those on line and those picking out items.

I know because of it being 5 days before Christmas and being the location was time square that it would be crowded but fast but I just thought that certain items they would have had more of ie the pandora’s shopping bag!!!!

The store was very hot inside!! It was stifling!! Store was clean and help was knowledgeable. Charms weren’t presented on a try just in their hands - very underwhelming.

I was visiting NYC to see a Broadway show and really wanted some type of Broadway Pandora charm, such as the tragedy/comedy masks, however, Pandora does not have any. Instead, the associate recommended some NYC charms, which I ended up purchasing, however, I still would love to be able to obtain a Broadway charm in the future.

Every single thing was like I expected. Friendly service provider and very pleasant to talk to. He was very calm and smile whenever I had a question. I recommend this guy.

I wanted to purchase the puzzle piece hearts splittable dangle and only have of it was there. There were 2 available and the same side is what was there. The manager didn’t seem to know too much about the products, she went to the back twice after forgetting to get another piece I wanted, the salesperson Elijah seemed somewhat new and not much knowledge either. When I inquired if I could use a discount code I had and showing him, he had a slight attitude as to not knowing what I was showing him; the manager didn’t seem to know either
