I was clearly waiting for assistance, and the sales person didn’t approach me. The sale person said, without previous knowledge of my personal choices, that my bracelet looked “ugly” as it not had some clips.

The store was very clean despite being very busy and they had a smooth system that seemed to work well to assist the customers

The store was very clean and they had a really good system for having the customers lining up to wait for assistance and they moved steadily

The sales associates were wonderful but very understaffed! They needed more people and a better system to be able to attend to all of the waiting guests.

The wait was too long for me. They only had 3 associates and i was waiting for about 30 to 40 minutes on line.

The sales Representative was very helpful knowledgeable & eager to assist me from the time I walked into the store. She was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile. She went above and beyond to find what I was looking for

I did not receive the links which the sales associate said were mine

I think there is always room for improvement in anything we do. So it not that I was not highly satisfied but there is always room for improvement.

Instructions to all customers were not clear causing a confusion on who was next to be helped. Associate was a little scattered brained when they did help and also distracted.

I was not satisfied with the lack of options, the inventory is high in demand and may I PREFEREED we’re not in stock
