Pandora Jewelry

Too many sales person for such a small space. Not easy to look at the jewelries in display. Would’ve like to have more options

I was coming back for the second time to replace R2D2 charm which keeps breaking

Well, when I called in earlier, a staff member lied about the closing time, it was a Sunday and store closed at 9pm but a staff member said 7:30 and I was visting NYC and I wanted to buy a couple of charms that represented NYC because I started a traveling bracelet. Then I had to wait 15 fifteens mintues, while two other employess walks round and two other employees serves the guests. The place nice and clean but no one should wait that long for service.

Wasn’t too expensive, the products has a lot to offer. The sale person was nice and helpful for me to decide what I wanted

I really like Pandora. But I don’t usually like giving a perfect rating

Because every time I visit Pandora looking for an specific item there is not any more. They are over. I makes disappointed and mad because it destroys my plans. Why offering something in catalog that you never have on stock on stores 42th streee / 34th Street Manhattan, NY mainly. We need the store to be open one more hour at night. If a Pandora or charm or any other stuff is dirt you DON’T make and effort to clean as well as it could be.

Sales person looks not happy didn’t help with selecting the item

I stood on line for a good 5 minutes before any person came to assist me

I had planned to purchase over $150 so that I could get a free bracelet to give to someone else and get them addicted to Pandora. Unfortunately they were out. One associate told me that they were out and another one said the event ended the day before. I knew that it was still going on. I was disappointed.
