There’s always room for improvement. Best part of my experience is that the weather was frigid and the store set up a wait line inside. That was much appreciated.

Habían muchas personas dentro de la tienda al momento de realizar la compra, tres artículos que deseaba comprar no se encontraban disponibles, no tenían disponibles las promociones de san Valentín.

I was satisfied just having to wait outside in the cold then coming in and still having to wait like 20 minutes was dissatisfying everything else was great.

Most of the new products are geared for Valentine's Day. I am a single individual not dating anyone do I feel the selection at this time of the new products are not feared for me.

Lady was who helped me was nice and kind

I wanted to see more availability for the on sale items at this store but almost none were available.

I visit Herald square store previous and de person who attended me was in a very bad attitude so I decide to go to time square store to find a better attention and thankfully I did

Low item inventory. Limited sales promotions and was not able to use coupons from prior purchase.

I did not found what I was looking for.

I tried ordering online for pick up and it was not possible, website was crashing had to make a line that took over 2 hours for a purchase that could of been smoother and quick for online costumers.
