Pandora Jewelry

No 2021 Christmas charm with the 2021 ornament. I have the last 5 years Christmas/ornament sets and am really disappointed there is no charm This year.

From the time I walked in I was very satisfied store was nice and cleaned the sale assist was very good at helping me and at the end I walked out happy and very satisfied

Online purchase/exchange though Klarna can’t be accomodated in stores.

I would the staff to clean all of the jewelry before I left because it should be new.

The associate kept getting distracted by other things while we were asking her questions. She sounded annoyed when we asked her to try rings on as well. It was super crowded and no social distancing was enforced.

Would have liked a larger and mor diverse selection of charms

overall it was a good experience. The charm I was looking for was available at other pandora's nearby but not at the location I was in. More charms (bigger selection, not just one and not available at this store) related to fitness should be available.

It was little slow
