Because they didn’t have most of the charms I was looking for and I couldn’t use a coupon I have for my birthday because it was only for online purchases. That’s nuts, I’m still going to use it with the store, so why not use it IN store?

Store manager greeted me with a pleasant demeanor at the door and place hand sanitizer liquid in my hand. Escorted me to the next available associate.

It was a very pleasant experience. The store was clean, customers were masked and distant. Reps were walking the store in masks and with books to expedite service. I was catered to and felt really special.

I wish my Pandora jewelry would not tarnish at all or so much. It is very expressive and yet it tarnishes. I wish the charms were bigger and the bracelets more comfortable

The store was very clean and efficient. I was very unfamiliar in shopping for jewelry and the sales associate helping me was extremely helpful. The service was very quick and efficient. The COVID protocols in place were taken very seriously and made me feel safe
