I was helped pretty quickly. I requested three different pairs of earrings which they did not have. They used to have pamphlets of all the merchandise and they got rid of that now you have to scan the code on your phone and if the Wi-Fi isn’t working it takes long. I prefer they bring back the pamphlet with all the merchandise

You couldn’t walk around and look at the Jewelry.I understand 6ft away but their was no other customer in the Store.so how could you really see new Items.

Not enough sale representatives and their nails (some of them) were terrible! Nail polish peeled and dirty.

I was satisfied with my Pandora experience. Two things that I did not like was they didn’t carry a size 10 in rings and some of the charms wasn’t available in stores.

The sales representative had an attitude while we were explaining the issue we had with the charm and it was super unprofessional and disrespectful

I was actually very satisfied with my visit today. The wait wasn’t too long, not too crowded and I got help right away. Jonathan was very patient as iI took my time to decide what I wanted.
