All of the associates at this location were amazing. I had a negative experience at Herald Square location and this one exceeded expectations.

One item was not in stock

The store itself and its employees are amazing. However, the selection of travel-related charms is lacking somewhat. There are some, but not as many as we would have liked. Make some more designs related to specific places!

Good job, but the waiting for enter at the store is frustrating.

Did not have city specific charms. Staff was not overly friendly, I had to ask for a larger bag & they did not provide paper (had to ask) They did not offer to order to search for items not in store. Overall not my favorite store.

I love this store and I visit everytime I'm in the city. I was stuck there yesterday while it was pouring and I ended up buying much more than planned.

I was not satisfied with the team leader there. She made me feel unvalued as a customer upon entering the store. I only made a $412.61 purchase because of the friendliness and Professionalism of the sales associate whom assisted me (Kaylee). She is definitely an asset to the brand.

I am not highly satisfied because the items are overpriced. Additionally, i was not able to apply my online coupon code to my in store purchase, despite the fact that the online system was what prohibited me from using this coupon.

I was just annoyed at the fact that I had to wait in a line and not able to browse the store.. this made my waiting time longer . They didn’t have to many employees either
