I WAS HIGHLY PLEASED BECAUSE THE ASSOCTAIES'S KNOWLEGDE REGARDING THE CHARMS AND HER FRIENDLINESS. THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND HAD A GREAT SELECTION. THE SALES CLERK GIVE ME A LOT OF HELP.

Very few size options. Had to select different jewelry than wanted.

This location did not have a particular piece that I wanted. It was not a big deal, but if they had it, I would have been highly satisfied.

It was a bit of a wait to get inside the store to purchase the product.

The wait was long

Exchange process was complicated due to item being bought in another state. Mgr/team leader commented that she was "giving" me money when the amount she was giving me was 25 cents approximately!!!

During the pandemic, the store had a lot of customers which may cause spread of bacteria. However, workers tried their best in keeping 6 feet between customers and I enjoyed the speediness during my visit.

I didn’t get the total amount at a discounted price. Maybe since I was buying two items I’d think there’s a sale for that. The wait on the line took a while and the people around me didn’t use covid protocol and Jammed everyone into a normal line

I waited outside for a while usually I go in and out not sure if it was protocol due to customers inside and they didn't want it to get over crowded other then that everything worked out very good

The location on 42nd Street in Manhattan one of the manager was very nasty and rude when I ask for Pandora book I don't know if it's a Prejudice thing or what it is but I was not happy but the saleslady they both was very polite yes I'll still shop at Pandora but not that location that's the second time I shop at that location in the manager active very rude and nasty but both of the sales lady was very nice
