The assistant did not know where to find what I was looking for and it took a while to find the right size. Plus her hair was very greasy

This location didn’t have most of the charms I was looking for.. I also felt like the sale person was being a little short with me and rushing me out the store, she didn’t seem patience at all.. Even my friend said she didn’t like her energy at all.,

They had a lot of charms that I wanted out of stock, but the worker help me find something I liked so I left satisfied.

My sales associate was PERFECT, knowledgeable and quick for me. I would shop with her again 100%!!! But when I came into the store, I waited an extremely long time to be serviced (I do understand social distancing and waiting can happen), but there were only two associates available. I waited at least 30 minutes for my turn to shop, and it was not very convenient. However I got what I needed and the associate was great.

Well for starters I was looking to purchase this one item, but this location did not have it. I ended up getting two other rings. I was satisfied with this purchase but I was a little upset they didn’t have the ring I wanted to purchase.

The workers are always so nice & patient very helpful....

I’m shopping it not my favorite thing to do. I’m only shopping because of valentines holidays

sales associate was very helpful. she knew exactly what i wanted and gave a few other options. also found an item i han't seen in years - the large pandora box.

The charms I was looking for we're not available. The store inventory needs to be updated more. The store is in the heart of NYC Times Square. Overall, store associates were great!!
