The reason for me going to purchase was to receive the free gift and in which I was informed after my purchase they were sold out. The manager then informed me I can go to another store and return and buy the items back to receive the free gift.

The charms I bought are scratched and doesn’t look polished. The associate didn’t even polish before packing.

The availability of products is very low in the store.

There were THREE associates helping ONE customer while I was patiently

Some of the items were not available.

I am the survey; but wife was doing the shopping.

The sales associate was very pleasant and the manager stepped in to try and resolve my issue but unfortunately only 1 out of the 3 items I had a problem with got resolved

At first the line at one store was way to long then I went the another where I made my purchase. I love these items however it’s better when there are sales

Brought a bangle bracelet and realize when I got home it was too big on me, even when I added my charms it’s still big on me. I’ll most likely come back, hoping I could get a smaller size.
