The sales associate was unable to find my order After she asked for assistance, she was still unable to find my order.

It took awhile to get help

I didn’t spend much time at the store because I was looking for some specific item. But the associate guided me and I purchased something else

Basically my biggest issue is the price of the item I purchased. They should have offered a discount.

I was satisfied!

I stood at the door for far to long before I was greeted by anyone. I was not happy about that. Plus they did not even have the free gift when you spend over 110. I spent 280.00 this visit. It was only one day after the promotion started and the store ran out of the free jewelry boxes.

The experience was good without setbacks, I just don't rate it 100% because I didn't have any setbacks, I can put that rating when I have a problem and can rate your solution

I visited the store located on 42nd Street in the Times Square area, and not by fault of any of the store staff, there was a charm that I saw in the catalog that they didn't have available in store, but I'll just order it on line and present it to my mother at a later time. Lisbeth was very helpful, not pushy which I liked, and she let me look around and make my choices without hovering, which made my shopping experience very pleasant. I will definitely shop in this location again.
