Everyone was friendly but when I asked how to clean my mother's bracelet and charms they says they didn't clean rose gold, even though only one of the charms has rose gold and the rest is silver.

The location makes it that there is a lot of périple coming in and there is not a lot of space to move around as there is a lot of produits in the store.

Would of like more options , staff was ok did the job but it wasn’t as welcoming it felt snobby.

When asked if a particular charm would be back soon,the answer was I can't tell you. Trying coming back when you can. Or go some where else,But worker was walking away from as if we wasn't having a one on one conversation. I felt it to be rude. Especially that I only go to this Pandora store.

There were not a lot of options in the store. Many of the items shown online and in the catalog were misleading in terms of size of charm and length of the necklaces. IT was also very expensive.

The sales associate was helpful and got the job done. But at the same time she wasn’t warm and friendly but i’m guessing it was also due to the fact that we were four people each buying a charms. We were attended quickly.

would’ve liked more variety in the bracelet charm I sought out esp in NYC assistant didn’t say or do much except present what was available and wait for me to do something i asked if there was more and she simply said not of this type (she was polite etc but it all felt very clinical)
