The sales assistant seemed disinterested and irritated that I had questions.

My experience in-store was fine, nothing extraordinary though.

Young sales assistant greeted us but was interrupted by senior member who took over sale.

Employees did not offer any products related to the one my husband was buying. He had to go to the store again to buy what I jad asked.

The merchandise I requested was out of stack or no more in stack. I purchased other merchandise , I just hope my sister would like it.

It’s have no size that i want.

Walked in the door asked for NYC charms. She had them right there. I chose with no help. Ended up buying one very small one that really gets lost on my bracelet for $65. I get the larger size charms at home for $50 and up. She rang it up done! 5 minute experience. Never got past the front door really. My daughter said she saw a taxi can charm. Never noticed it. Just pointed out 2 apples. Prob won’t go into pandora stores. I have another shop that sells pandora along with several other items and they are the best!

I just feel that pandora assistance is somehow not friendly.
