Pandora Jewelry

The lightning was a purple light so you couldn't quite see the jewelry properly, perhaps a little lamp with a normal coloured light ball would be good.

I enjoyed and was very satisfied. The sales associate was very knowledgeable.

Associates seem uninterested in suggesting/offering location specific charms. I love to collect charms when I visit a new city/country. I was shown NYC specific charms when I inquired about them. I asked about USA exclusive charms but wasn't shown any, rather was told that we can purchase them online instead. The reason I asked was because they are unavailable to purchase out of the USA and my flight was the night of my visit. The charm I received as well was missing a stone! I was in a rush as my flight was in the evening/late afternoon and didn't get to check which charm was put in the box. It really dampened my excitement, to the point that I got very annoyed, to what would have been a special charm for my first visit to NYC as I was hoping the associate would look it over to make sure it is good before placing it in the box. Maybe because she was busy talking to another associate while placing the charm. Now, I am still out of my home country and would need to make time hoping that the pandora stores back home would allow it to be fixed even though it was purchased out of the country.

I feel as though the Store Manager has a bit of an attitude. Not to sure maybe he had a bad day. I would go back though cause he help with my situation in full.

Because no one is perfect. Plus, we went in twice and the first time someone helped us right away, but the second time we had to wait until one of the people who was speaking to a few sales associates came over to us. But that wasn't a big deal. We won't be back because we were just visiting NYC and doubt will be back there for at least a year.

The service was fine. I think this was a good experience maybe could have been a little better. I have been to pandora stores all over and I have had great service at all.
