Para turistas no existe conexión WiFi, cuando la solicité uno de los empleados le cortó al otro de manera tajante que no se daba la contraseña. Mi compra era en línea con mi hermana en otro país y tuvieron que facilitarme otro cliente el WiFi para poder realizarla.

I was satisfied with the staff, their level of experience, expertise and knowledge. The only thing I did not like is that they informed that the Pandora booklet will no longer be available. I was shock and appalled. I like the booklet. As an avid Pandora shopper, it stays in my purse because I look at it almost everyday. I can mark off which charm/bracelet I am looking to purchase next. PLEASE DO NOT DISCONTINUE THE BOOKLET.

Not all the Mickey charms in the book were at the store. I was not able to see a full tray on the counter like in other locations and it was a little upsetting. Anyoli the sale's lady was very nice and informative.

Because my initial eye contact wasn’t pleasant. The associate turned his head and the actual associate that sold me the product was amazing. She was extremely 5star.

I entered the store when it was very quiet, I think there was only one other customer, but there was probably 8+ staff, I was acknowledged and offered assistance immediately which I didn’t need as wanted to look around. When I was ready for assistance they were all too busy talking to each other to notice that I was waiting

If I received a voucher could it be in pounds not dollars as my last visit to Pandora was on holiday in the US. I am now back in England so would not use a voucher that is in dollars. In the New York store it was extremely confusing as I went in on Tuesday 19th February and the New York exclusive products were at the front of the store and when I revisited the store two days later, the New York exclusive products were not displayed. Therefore, instead of just quickly looking at the products I wanted to buy and leaving the store, I had to wait ages for an assistant to get the New York exclusive products out.

my associate did not speak clearly, she was making a bracelet, she kept me waiting, other associates did not volunteer to help me, and when she did help me although she was patient and reviewed stock she would not clearly quote a price, instead telling me my items were "cheap". the statement was highly inappropriate and insulting. I will not shop at this location or brand again
