Pandora Jewelry

Well I was satisfied ,if not highly just because the prices are high .i was visiting New York that is why I said not likely I will go back.

Lights were too bright in the store. I was sweating after browsing for 5 minutes. Also was quoted $90 for a ring by upon checkout realized on my own that the price was actually $125, but was not informed of that before I was already paying.

The service was what we have been used to in all pandora stores, however we are now back in th UK

The sales associate was pleasant and greeted me immediately although she was in the middle of another task. It looked she tried to ask the other associates (3 or 4 of them) who were chatting on the other side of the counter to assist me since she was finishing a display but NONE of them moved. She quickly finished her original task and assisted me in a pleasant and efficient manner. Her co-workers kept on chatting. This is not the only time I have seen this in this store - not good.

I was really highly satisfied. But, it was difficult to get information on the sale until the staff told me. And the staff helped me to see many products, but until then it was difficult to check them out. I think the display should be changed.

I found the charm i want in few minutes

I purchased what I thought was Pandora on one of the islands for my granddaughter. I bought the bracelet and four charms, only to find out that half of the charms were real. The other half and bracelet were fake. This of course is not the fault of the store. I am just miffed that I spent good money for a fake product. The salesman did show me how to recognize the real thing. For that I am grateful.

The associate was not available right away; one of associates did not know about items she was asked; the associate initially helping us was not available in the next couple of minutes and nobody knew where she put selected item.

i had a gift card & went to the time square store but could only use the gift card in queens center mall. i should be able to make my purchase where i find what i’m looking for. they had an issue using my $10 off my purchase. they had to use different methods & no one seemed to understand how to make it work.

I like all charms, the brazaletes, i love so much de quality the all, the bag, every is it wonderfull, i loved.
