I was not highly satisfied due to the fact thatI had to wait in line. The line was a bit slow. But the employees were great and the quality of my purchase were grear.

The store is extremely small. They have roped the whole store off and it makes it impossible to shop in the manner that they want you too. It is also very warm in that store.

The sales associate has little problem locating one of my items..but she finally got it with the help of my daughter. The manager didnt not inform me thier was a long line I had to get in to be served so I waited extra time because people were comi g in and getting on line that I didnt know existed, I wud have appreciated a heads up on that..otherwise everything slaw was fine

We were not shown how to open the bracelet. We had to go on YouTube and fumble around for a while after presenting the gift.

The store layout/flow doesn't feel good. You don't have the option to look at some jewelry unless you wait in line to be assisted

We were in New York - store was very busy - no one explaining how line up worked..... walked around store and through line then told to get back into line - waited in line twice??? Normally, I doubt this occurs - just so many people and store personnel very busy.... just not a great way to start my experience with Pandora's purchase. Still love the store and product!!
