I was not happy about the price difference between american store and Canadian store. I could have made the same purchase for almost $50 cheaper in Canada. The US prices do not reflect the same items in CAD prices. The store itself was fantastic. Just wish Pandora would have a better exchange rate on their items so it didn't seem as though I was cheated into paying more for the exact same items in USA.

Advertised Jewelry box wasn’t available. Pandora does Not offer any coupons/ rain checks. I spend a lot of money at Pandora and can’t even a complimentary jewelry box or 10% off.

It's the store layout and the way items displayed. There were 2 full mirror only 2 spots in the whole shop. When tried on different things - earrings, ring, necklaces, bracelets (especially bracelets with rings), you kind of need to see them together. But because the way different items displayed in different spots and only limited mirrors, I had to move around a lot back and fourth, when it could have been more productive when making decision to buy, or you could have sold more, if the experience were more seamless.

The store was very full, but part of this was understandable as the store was located near Times Square in NYC. The store had special logistics and queue which helped mantain order, but as the store was so packed, it was difficult to see the merchandise live and the consumer had to stand in line and settle to browse through a catalogue handed to you at the start of the line. Overall it was a good experience.
