The sales associate was friendly and helpful. Even tho it was a packed store she took the time to try and help me and another woman.

Well, for starters I shopped in NYC (Manhattan). I walked into the store and was quickly greeted and the Sales person assisted me. I chose a Princess ring for my granddaughter and I paid for my purchase but after my purchase the Sales lady just handed me the small white box. She didn't even give me a bag for my purchase. Very unprofessional, I do not appreciate the fact that she just handed over the ring box without a BAG! Very disappointed!

I bought a charm and when I was at the hotel I found out that it was damaged with lines. I could not change it because it didn´t live there and could not go again.

It’s been 4 days and still not received receipt of purchase as promised by sales associate If you’re going to ask for email then deliver what promise, otherwise never again will I do

Although the sales assistant was pleasant and showed me what I asked for, I didn't think she was that happy.

I was looking for a New York charm in rose gold but it was not avalible.
