The location is superb, the store looks nice and there was no problem finding whatever product I wanted to see (some with kind help of store staff).

With US dollar exchange and cost of charm a little high . the charm is a limited edition and only because n NYC so different fro at home availability

From the customer's vantage point, In store Inventory is tough to view. Employees were a little too eager to help at the same time. It gets crowded in the facility.

The associate who helped me was nice, and the store was clean with a good selection of merchandise, however, I felt like I needed more help deciding between the two items and the robe to separate the line makes sense when the store gets crowded but was unnecessary at the moment.
