It took a long time to be served and when I got home back in the UK i opened the box to find a huge scratch over the skyline and writing of New York so the r is conpletely missing

I was satisfied with my experience at the Pandora store, the salesperson was nice and courteous.

Ecellent and fast service

I came in planning to buy a specific ring. The store was very crowded due to it being valentine's day. A sales associate was looking for the ring I wanted and they had limited sizes so one of the other associates was telling the woman helping me how to convince me to buy another ring instead of the one I wanted. I could hear everything she was saying...not professional. They ended up having my size in the ring I wanted but I did not like how undescrete they were being.

I have no complaints costumer service was great, associates were very friendly and I love the merchandise I purchased.
