Because I would like to use a credit card to pay for a gift card and the Times Square location does not allow for this.

Bought 3 items and didn't receive no type of discount for being the first time in the store or the amount of items purchased

A lovely bright fresh looking store. Unfortunately I wasn't impressed by the sales person. I wanted the red apple which I got but what I didn't like was that the apple was not shown to me before being wrapped. I found this a very strange way of doing business. I worked in retail over 30 years and have never done nor experienced this way of buying anything before. The sales girl was OK, but in my opinion lacked people skills. I also noticed she had awful nails. Having worked with jewellery before, my employer was very strict about clean hands and very tidy nails. This needs addressing I feel. On a positive note, the only reason I wouldn't be returning to this store anytime soon is because I was on vacation. Also I am very pleased with my red apple charm that my husband has bought me as our reminder of our first trip to NYC.

It may be a US thing, but if I ask for the price of a merchandise I wouldlike to hear the "final price" and not an amount were in the end some taxes come on top.

To be highly satisfied I would have to have another store or another visit to compare this one with. Since this was my first visit I was very satisfied so will leave it there.

The shop was very busy and it was unclear who was next in the Q. so much so that the woman in front started shouting at the assistants as she said she was next and the person saying who was next disagreed. It was embarrassing. I was served ok I just didn't like the atmosphere.

I was not highly satisfied because he gentleman who helped us was not too sure of what he was doing. I asked for my finger to be sized and he told me i was a 59 but i asked him what that converted into but he didnt know so i looked it up! Not saying he was a problem but just saying there should be more knowledge

Two of the charms I was looking for were not available. The clerk tried to help but could do nothing. I purchased a different item but am still searching for the original choices. I'm interested in travel and sports charms and the choices are limited
