Due to holidays, I wasn't able to get the bracelet I wanted because it was sold out. But I still ended up getting one, just wasn't the one I wanted.

There was a line at the store

Store was small with not a lot of room to move especially with the busy holiday season. Staff were friendly enough though I think they were over the Christmas rush

I was satisfied with Pandor visit, but I was visites NYC location.. Times Square.. So, so crowded, and this is expected. .. I just will not be in NYC next 90 days, will visit local one

A lot of styles I was looking to buy were unavailable, however they were a part of the Winter Sale.

Did not have all of what I was looking for. Very crowded with little room at counter. Did not receive a box for any of the items I purchased.

Becauce i had to wait on line

The staff at this store are a bit rude and somewhat pushy towards making you purchase something you’re not looking forward to it, because they ran out of most of the merchandise. The personal problems between the staff members is not the clients bussiness , they could be a little bit more cautious about bringing their personal matters in front of clients .

Queued for over an hour. Very friendly staff but not enough staff for The time of year

Small space, very crowded. However, the crowd was due to the Christmas rush. The staff was very cordial and efficient. The line moved very quickly.m
