The store was very busy and had very little coverage . I waited about 20 minutes to have someone size me for a bracelet to do a 3 minute exchange .

There were a lot of people in the store. There were not enough assistants to serve so many people. I waited more than 25 minutes to buy, however I had known what to buy even before I came to the store.

Despite the store being crowded, the transaction was quick without me feeling rushed. The sales asiciate was helpful knowledgeable and pleasant and offered me deals and Combos that worked well for me

The sales assosciate who dealt with me had a snobbery about her that was incredibly unbecoming. Her knowledge of the products was incorrect and when I asked her if she had a certain character within the Disney collection, notably a lion king charm, she responded with, ‘well that’s not Disney now is it’. Is this the kind of responce that your staff should be giving to paying customers? I think not.
